Renato Ratti was one of the most important people in the development of Piemonte as a wine region. He founded his winery in La Morra, a place known for the production of the most elegant Barolos. The vineyards extend over 35 ha and are divided into several plots. The Renato Ratti winery was succeeded by Renatos’s son – Pietro, who continues his father’s path in search of quality and longevity that are characteristic for Nebbiolo from Barolo.
