Winery from Alsace that has 140ha of vineyards in its possesion and some of it dates back to 1810. Half are classified as Grand Cru vineyards: Kitterlé, Kessler, Saering, Spiegel and are planted with Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Since 2003 the entire estate has been under sustainable cultivation, 30ha is biodynamically processed, this way showing responsibility not only for nature, but for future generations. 65% of production is intended for export to clearly selected markets and carefully selected distributors.
