Maison Descaves

We are pleased to inform our friends and customers that since this year Wine Art has established cooperation with the Maison Descaves, one of the most influential traders of Bordeaux wines. Maison Descaves was founded in 1881 and has been associated with Louis Roederer and the Duclot Group since 2014, owing them today’s financial stability, which is  very important for the “en primeur” wine trade.

Today’s reputation Maison Descaves owes to people who have always kept company values. The most famous is Mrs. Jeanne Descaves, who has always carefully managed the stock, during the entire her 50 years while she was in charge.

Today, the Descaves house is proud to has collected 7,500 Grand Cru Label, 97 of which date back to 1875, 1,800 customers only in France, 96 of which are Michelin Star restaurants, 400 importers in 42 countries around the world and a warehouse of 6,200m².
